By adding Luke Goode, Indiana men’s basketball corrects another past mistake

Luke Goode is from an Indiana family.

His father, Craig Goode, played football for the Hoosiers in the 1990’s. His uncle, Trent Greene, is one of the greatest quarterbacks in program history. Goode wore a trident on his cap as an infant during the first few months of his life. He grew up wearing the candystripes and playing basketball.

But when he got to high school and established himself as a high-major caliber recruit in the class of 2021, an offer never came.

The Hoosiers’ 2021 signing class included just one signee for then-head coach Archie Miller: Logan Duncomb, a center.
